Enterprise Mobile Application Security Platform

Aquila combines Static Application Security Testing (SAST), Dynamic Application Security Testing (DAST), Interactive Application Security Testing (IAST), Runtime Application Self-Protection (RASP), and continuous Threat Intelligence into a single platform for securing Android and iOS applications throughout the software development lifecycle.

Platform capabilities

Static Application Security Testing (SAST)

Aquila performs static analysis directly against application source code, APKs and IPAs to identify security weaknesses before applications reach production.

The engine evaluates applications against the OWASP Mobile Application Security Testing Guide (MASTG) and Mobile Application Security Verification Standard (MASVS), enabling security teams to identify vulnerabilities early within the software development lifecycle.

Dynamic Application Security Testing (DAST)

Aquila performs runtime security testing by interacting with executing applications to identify vulnerabilities that cannot be detected through static analysis alone.

Dynamic analysis evaluates real application behavior including authentication workflows, session handling, transport security, API communication and runtime configurations.

Runtime Application Self-Protection (RASP)

Security testing alone cannot prevent attacks once an application is deployed.

Aquila provides integrated Runtime Application Self-Protection (RASP), enabling organizations to harden mobile applications against reverse engineering, dynamic instrumentation, code tampering and runtime exploitation. Protection policies are applied directly to application binaries without requiring source code modification.c

Threat Intelligence Monitoring

Applications that passed security testing today may become vulnerable tomorrow as new Common Vulnerabilities and Exposures (CVEs), exploit techniques and malware campaigns are disclosed.

Aquila continuously correlates deployed applications against external threat intelligence sources to identify newly emerging risks without requiring customers to re-upload application binaries.
